What Does Apple Cider Vinegar (Organic) Do?
Jarrow Formulas® Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with “Vinegar Mother” is produced without any chemicals, additives or preservatives. Jarrow Formulas' Organic Apple Cider Vinegar is made using yeast and bacteria to ferment apple juice.
The microorganisms produce acetic acid, and the final product is apple cider vinegar. “Vinegar Mother” consists of strands of proteins, enzymes and microbes from the fermentation process. Unpasteurized and unfiltered, Jarrow Formulas' Organic Apple Cider Vinegarmaintains its natural properties.
